Policy benchmarking and value for money review

Allen + Clarke recently undertook a benchmarking for a government agency on the cost and quality of their policy advice, project planning and project management approaches. The outcome of this review resulted in increased efficiency and effectiveness of delivering on a suite of their flagship projects.

Our work included providing advice and recommendations on our client’s policy approaches and policy resourcing decisions, including alternative, value for money approaches.  These reflections and conclusions were provided to the client on a confidential basis.
