Using Policy and Legislation to Fight NCDs

Allen & Clarke is working with Pacific Countries and the World Health Organization to develop a tool kit to help countries to develop effective and sustainable policy and legislative options for addressing NCD rates in the Pacific.

The guide will be a practical step-by-step guide for developing policy and legislation for NCD control for Pacific Countries and Territories.

The toolkit was presented at a regional workshop on NCD control in Nadi Fiji on 25 August 2009.  A copy of the presentation is available here.
