Anthony joined Allen & Clarke after a year's sojourn in Europe. Anthony brings ten years' experience of policy and strategic process and historical and oral research in the private and public sector. He specialises in Treaty of Waitangi settlements, strategic development and policy in the health sector, particularly of Mâori health.

Since joining Allen & Clarke in June 2003, Anthony has been engaged in upgrading biosecurity procedures in the New Zealand Ministry of Health, providing policy and strategic advice on fluoridation and assisting in several other projects, including notifiable diseases and drug education.

Anthony's strengths include:

• Extensive knowledge of Government and Treaty of Waitangi processes, developed through work for private and public sector clients
