Ministry of Transport Business and Output Plan  The Ministry of Transport contracted Allen + Clarke to lead the development of an Output Plan and a Business Plan for the 2011/12 financial year.

Development of policy and guidance on legislation implementation  Allen + Clarke has assisted a range of Government agencies with the development of legislation, from the early policy development stages through to options analysis, consultation with stakeholders, and implementation of legislation.

In-house support for the Office of Treaty Settlements  The Office of Treaty Settlements (OTS) recently engaged two analysts from Allen + Clarke to provide in-house support during a period of significantly increased workload.

Ministry of Transport - Evaluation framework  The Ministry of Transport engaged Allen + Clarke to produce an evaluation framework for its proposed changes to the road user charges (RUC) System.
