Our work involves assisting private sector agencies to better engage with government.  Allen + Clarke is well placed to advise our private sector clients on how best to interface with the bureaucracy – and with Ministers and MPs.  We are not a public relations company but rather focus on helping our clients develop sound business cases  that are framed how the Government likes to see them. 

We know what government agencies and their Ministers need and expect to see if business cases are to be successful - and understand the cycles of government business and thus when best to (and when not to) advance those cases.  We are well networked and know on who’s door to go knocking.

Beacon Pathway project

Beacon Pathway (Beacon), comprised of a mix of industry, local government and research organisations, was established in 2004 to significantly improve housing sustainability through scientific research, communication, information sharing, advocacy, opinion forming and networking.

Public –private partnerships: Kosovo health reforms project

We worked on a World Bank funded project in Kosovo to help the private health care sector to work in partnership with the public sector.   The project focused on looking at the regulatory settings that had to be put in place to facilitate this process.
