Allen + Clarke has two majority shareholders, Matthew Allen and Paul Houliston, who are also Directors of the company. The company also has six minority owners who all work in the business: Anna Gribble, Ned Hardie-Boys, Rob Smith, Jason Carpenter, Marnie Carter and Jacqui Haggland.

Our board comprises an Independent Director, our two Allen + Clarke Directors and two elected minority shareholder representatives. They meet regularly to set and review the strategic direction of the firm, maintain corporate management related policies and to make decisions on major company issues.
