Stakeholder Consultation

“We work with clients to understand the outcomes they are trying to achieve and the risks they are trying to manage to create sustainable, proportionate regulatory frameworks that are developed after meaningful engagement with Māori, the public and stakeholders.
We regularly undertake reviews of regulatory frameworks to identify barriers and gaps to achieving the desired outcomes, as well as provide advice around the creation of new regulatory frameworks.
