About the Experts
Jason Carpenter is a senior consultant with experience across the entire policy spectrum, including policy development, stakeholder and public consultation, and research and reviews. He has particular experience within the health area, including leading and contributing to projects on tobacco control, drinking water, physical activity, and more.
Marnie Carter is a senior consultant and the practice lead for Evaluation and Research. She is experienced in programme and policy evaluation, monitoring, strategy development, training, and facilitation. She has designed and led complex, multi-cycle evaluations of various legislation and initiatives, and has evaluated a range of health policies, programmes and interventions in New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific.
Nick Leffler is a senior consultant with a background in change management, including organisational review and development, business case development, project management, and evaluation. He has worked in various settings across New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, across the infrastructure, economic development, health, and social services sectors.
