Adam Emirali

Adam has significant senior level sales and marketing experience across the private sector, from leading the development of new business units in large multinationals through to capital raising for start-ups. He has worked across Australasia and Europe and has a clear understanding of the interdependent roles sales and marketing play in promoting company values and supporting long-term business success. As a strategic thinker he is focused on Allen + Clarke’s future ensuring we’re equipped to pursue new opportunities in our changing market. He is motivated by bringing creative people together to develop a shared vision, ensuring this is executed with success.

Jason Carpenter

Jason is a Senior Consultant with experience across the entire policy spectrum, including policy development, stakeholder and public consultation, and research and reviews. He has experience writing and publishing reports for different audiences, drafting briefings and Cabinet papers, through to the passage and implementation of legislation and regulations. He has experience undertaking financial analysis to support policy development, as well as experience developing governance material and reviewing governance arrangements.
Jason has particular experience within the health area, including significant experience leading and contributing to projects on tobacco control, drinking water, sport and physical activity, burials and cremation, mental health, and oral health. Jason has also worked across a broad range of sectors including emergency management, rural fire, health and safety, education, and the charitable sector.
Jason enjoys tackling complex policy issues, where there are no simple answers and a range of approaches are needed to successfully drive change.
