About the Experts
Kylie Berg – Director Business Development
Kylie leads our business development approach in Australia, ensuring we work closely with current and potential clients to best meet their needs.
She has previously held roles across policy and regulation, machinery of government, leadership and culture development, emergency management, pandemic planning and business development in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Kylie has public service senior management experience and has also worked closely with Ministers and elected members as a private secretary.
Kylie is motivated by building strong working relationships, problem solving and using a team’s collective strengths to achieve great results for our clients.
Dr Tafadzwa Machirori– Senior Business Consultant
Tafadzwa utilises his academic research experience to further knowledge creation and translation in diverse and contemporary environments. He has extensive experience in business sustainability, development, and growth, combining analytical skills with sound quantitative and qualitative methodological expertise to break down complex challenges. This has seen his work published in peer review journals and books. Tafadzwa’s work has spanned several disciplines including disability, youth development, education, health, environment, and entrepreneurship.
In 2017, Tafadzwa received the Murray Gillin Postgraduate Research Award to undertake a Doctoral by research degree at Swinburne University of Technology.
