Regan Hopkins has more than 15 years’ experience providing diverse business consulting services in strategy, transformation, change and programme management. He has an excellent understanding of business case writing having prepared and successfully navigated multiple Business Cases through the Treasury and Cabinet approval process. He also has extensive experience leading programmes and projects and providing strategic and operational advice to both the public and private sectors. He has a strong client focus, working alongside those who commission work to ensure requirements are well understood and met.
