About the Experts
Stuart Beresford is a senior consultant with two decades’ worth of experience in policy analysis under his belt. In that time, his work has included six years at the United Nations, and he has led a wide range of policy projects relating to civil court fees, energy efficiency, human rights, Māori land law, and privacy regulation.
Sean Stack is a senior consultant at Allen + Clarke. He has particular experience relating to health and disability policy and system design, Māori rights and interests in freshwater, and historical and district-specific issues.
