About the Experts

Wayne Murphy is a senior consultant at Allen + Clarke, with extensive experience within the local government sector, including leading reviews of numerous council service functions, bylaw reviews, preparing long term council plans, and monitoring council subsidiaries. Wayne is a Senior Consultant with experience across the entire policy spectrum, including policy development, stakeholder and public consultation, and research and reviews.

Craig “Griff” Griffiths is an empathetic and creative thinker, a skilled designer and facilitator who loves working with diverse groups to help unlock potential. Most recently, he has spent the last 3 years as an independent consultant to both the private and public sector while also an Executive Coach at Stanford University’s, Hasso Platner School of Design (“d.school”) where he helps Executives from around world apply Design Thinking and inspire innovation.
