About the Experts
Wayne Murphy is a senior consultant at Allen + Clarke, with extensive experience in the local government sector. His work has includes leading reviews of numerous council service functions, bylaw reviews, preparing long term council plans, and monitoring council subsidiaries.
Jess Anderson is a senior consultant at Allen + Clarke. She has most recently worked on climate change and primary industries-related projects and has represented New Zealand internationally in climate change negotiations and other fora.
Sean Stack is a consultant at Allen + Clarke. He has particular experience relating to health and disability policy and system design, Māori rights and interests in freshwater, and historical and district-specific issues.
Dr Adolf Stroombergen is chief economist at Infometrics. He has a PhD in economics and over 35 years of experience in economic consulting, specialising in mathematical economics, econometrics and economic modelling.
