His expertise lies in helping organisations take a human-centred approach to solving tricky problems, and he has been an Executive Coach at Stanford University’s Hasso Platner School of Design, where he helps executives from around the world apply Design Thinking to their work.
Charlene Harvey is a senior consultant who brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business model design and implementation, change management, and bringing customer centricity into a regulatory environment. She enjoys building productive, trusted relationships to optimise and evolve how organisations operate.
