Anton Davis Ngāti Hei, Ngāti Porou ki Harataunga, Ngāti Rangiwewehi, Ngāti Te Au Anton is an innovative leader and trusted strategic advisor helping clients navigate change and ambiguity through strategy development, business model design and organisational change. She brings 20 years of experience in the public sector, most recently as part of Inland Revenue’s Business Transformation Programme. She brings her experience in strategic planning, business model design and implementation, change management and bringing customer centricity into a regulatory environment.
Craig Griffiths has always been interested in what makes organisations tick (or tock) so unsurprisingly, his expertise lies in helping organisations take a human centred approach to solving tricky problems. Griff brings over 20 years of experience, both within New Zealand and overseas (UK, AUS and USA), across several industries including energy, professional sports, banking and finance.
