She brings 20 years of experience in the public sector, most recently as part of Inland Revenue’s Business Transformation Programme. She brings her experience in strategic planning, business model design and implementation, change management and bringing customer centricity into a regulatory environment. Charlene enjoys building productive, trusted relationships to optimise and evolve how organisations operate.
Anton is an innovative leader and trusted strategic advisor helping clients navigate change and ambiguity through strategy development, business model design and organisational change. He is an analytical thinker with a track record of innovation. He specialises in designing operating models and strategic frameworks, using systems thinking and human centred design approaches. Anton has extensive experience advising clients in both government and the private sectors. He has worked successfully across a wide range of sectors including insurance, technology, banking, major events, energy and mining. Having lived in Australia for the past 20 years he has delivered services to a range of government clients such as the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Treasury, and the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency. He is an adept facilitator, able to create space and opportunity for stakeholders to engage, collaborate and contribute to solutions.
