Ned Hardie-Boys

Ned is a senior consultant in the evaluation and research practice. The growth of this Practice at Allen + Clarke is a reflection of Ned's commitment to evaluation within the public policy cycle, and the strong case he makes for it being the most important part. It also reflects his very practical approach to evaluation and the benefits he has experienced from working on multi-disciplinary projects and within evaluation teams in policy and operational agencies. He thrives on the ability to bring together 'dream teams' from within and across our Practices, and through partnerships with external experts. In his consulting, Ned has worked across sectors and has developed particular expertise in the health and international development sectors. He likes to look at system inter-relationships and enjoys the challenges this presents for scope and focus; but he also likes to apply those framing techniques that evaluation offers - purpose, questions and criteria - to cut through the messy-ness.
